Who is Holmo for?
Holmo is designed for trade businesses whose teams use tools, materials and vehicles across the warehouse, job site and office. Everyone works in a dedicated company workspace with assigned roles and permissions.
How does QR code tool management work?
Each item gets a QR code in Holmo. Team members scan it with a phone and assign the tool to a vehicle, job site or warehouse. They can then see its latest recorded status and location. Learn more about tool management.
Can Holmo locate a missing tool assigned to a vehicle?
Set required equipment for each vehicle. If a tool is missing from the vehicle overview, Holmo shows its last booked location. This is booking information, not GPS tracking.
What material and job-site information can be recorded?
Holmo shows material stock by warehouse and vehicle. Team members can submit job-site updates, customer requests and material needs for the office to see in the company workspace.
Does Holmo replace construction or office software?
No. Holmo focuses on tool and material stock, required vehicle equipment, job-site updates, vehicle appointments and working-time records. Project planning, accounting and invoicing are outside the platform’s scope.
Can I use Holmo on mobile and desktop?
Yes. Your team can use Holmo in a mobile browser to scan tools or submit updates. Administration and the shared overview are also available on desktop.
How do team members record working time?
Team members can record start, breaks and finish. Entries can be exported as CSV for review. Businesses should check that the workflow meets their operational and legal requirements before using it.
How much does Holmo cost and which modules are included?
With Starter and Pro, you choose the modules your business needs. Only modules included in your individual offer are enabled. Starter starts at $109 and Pro at $169 net per month. The price depends on the number of active accounts and selected modules. Enterprise includes all modules and priority support and is available on request. Billing is monthly; after a three-month minimum term, you can cancel monthly.
